All sales are final. Because our products are handmade in small batches, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Exceptions may be made if there was a mistake on our end or if products arrive damaged. (Melted products are not considered damaged. The texture might change but the products are still viable.)
If there are any issues with your order (wrong items or damage), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery. Refund requests outside of this time frame will not be accepted. If you are approved for a return, you have the option of a replacement item or store credit for another product.
