Refund policy

  • All sales are final. Because our products are handmade in small batches, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Exceptions may be made if there was a mistake on our end or if products arrive damaged. (Melted products are not considered damaged. The texture might change but the products are still viable.)

  • If there are any issues with your order (wrong items or damage), please contact us at azailyanalips@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Refund requests outside of this time frame will not be accepted. If you are approved for a return, you have the option of a replacement item or store credit for another product.
